Otto, the Autobiography of a Teddy Bear

Ok, so here's the deal. When I was a younger, around 7 I think? I read this picture book called Otto, the Autobiography of a Teddy Bear. It basically retells the story of a teddy bear and its journey during WWII, where its first owner was a little jew boy, who passed it on to his friend before he was taken away. Otto was picked up by an American soldier when it was flung out of a window during a bomb, who then gave it to his daughter. The daughter was bullied for always carrying it around, and it was taken from her by the bullies and tossed in a trash can. An old lady finds him, a stain on the left side of face, a bullet hole over his heart, and gives it to an antique owner. Years pass, and then a old man stops and looks at the teddy bear in the window. Low and behold, it was the little jew boy, all grown up. The story was printed in the newspaper, and his friend saw this and once more the three of them, two friends and a teddy bear, were back together again.
